This company had great reviews and showed they were located in my hometown, so when I discovered water coming into a sunroom that was added on to the back of my house, I thought I would give them a try. Initially I thought I had a leak in the wall behind my refrigerator. Later in the day it dawned on me that the last time water was coming in that room it was from a drain in the upstairs bathroom. Absolutely excellent service. Was super skeptical as a new homeowner, but Jeffrey was professional and assessed the problem quickly and professionally. Explained everything clearly and was able to get it all fixed and cleaned up without an issue.
Could not recommend CR enough. We had a plumbing emergency (our outdoor water spigot sprung a leak that was partially inside the wall) late in the afternoon, and Ian and Victor made time for us on their schedule and stayed late until it was fixed. We really appreciated their professionalism and that they first focused on a conservative approach before immediately jumping to a larger repair and it worked!
