Recommendedalthough it took a couple weeks to get the parts needed for my laptop, the staff kept me updated, just about weekly, and then completed the repair earlier than anticipated. when I picked up the laptop, the gentleman helping me said, "We got the keyboard in yesterday, and the crew went to work on it right away. We know you were waiting a while." I actually received the call last evening to let me know they completed the repair. Great customer service!
