The screen on my laptop wasn't working at all. They said it just needed a new screen. First they said they ordered wrong screen. Next screen was broken upon arrival. The next screen was sent to wrong store. When they got it from the other store it was the wrong one again. Next one was broken upon arrival again. Next one was wrong one again. Started out liking this place. Brought my daughter's phone here anumber of times. Just paid for a brand new screen again on my daughter's apple phone last week and purchased an $80 life proof case that they guaranteed. This time, she didn't drop it, she fell on it and the screen cracks through the case. I don't believe a body can break a phone that easily (something had to be wrong with that screen or they didn't put it on right). Yet they claim they are using the same screen that Apple uses. I was going to give the store a 3 because I had to keep going back to actually get the screen put in properly. Turns out part of the motherboard was messed up. The gm pointed that out, and he said the customer matters to him. And since I already paid for the phone repair itself, he ordered the casing and body to fix the parts that are bent. 5 stars for making sure I left with a good fixed phone. Thanks guys, I appreciate it.
