iPhone batteries dying three months after replacement, but warranty only applies to the first battery. Also, no record of my phone battery replacement even though I went in with warranty in hand and got battery replaced. Improve the warranty and quality of battery. However, the CPR staff themselves are great. Excellent customer service, and they always seem to be able to answer my issues and help me with any resolution they can. Just improve record keeping and cover my most recent battery replacement, not just the first one.
Service here was excellent. My daughter dropped her iPhone and cracked the glass and LCD. I took it to CPR and $100 and an hour later it was like new again. So much better than paying a deductible for a used replacement phone and had it back working the same day. You will one day need a screen replaced and this is the place to have it done. Thanks to the CPR team for a job well done.
CPR replaced the dying battery in my phone in an hour. It was quicker, cheaper and way more convenient than going through Verizon.

Great service. Had a shattered iPhone screen that was losing little glass shards and took my phone to CPR and got it fixed in just an hour. Definitely better customer service than bulbs and batteries in strongsville. Highly recommend them, they were very informative and helpful �

My son and I needed batteries replaced in our Droid Turbo 2 phones. I found CPR Cell Repair by a searching the Web. I called Sunday to see if they could replace our batteries. He said he had to order batteries. The batteries were in by Tuesday morning. We dropped off our phones, and stopped back in 2 hours after a haircut and lunch and they were ready to go. Easy to work with, and fixed our phones quickly.
