Went there today after I got a battery and screen replaced yesterday. After the repair my phone was ghost touching on the screen opening up apps and typing. Today I went for my warrenty and they said they replaced the screen and battery. Well after that my phone was still doing the same thing and something tells me they didn't even change the screen or battery at all because the battery was at the same percent when I dropped it off and the screen was dirty and had no protective cover on it when I picked it up. This place is great!! Jacob took care of me. I have an iPhone 5 and I thought I needed a new battery. Jacob put my phone on their charger and it seemed to work. He thought it may be my charger but he tried it and that was working ok. He then reset my phone and that seemed to do the trick. He didn't charge me anything for his time. I wanted to give him a tip but he said no. If anyone out there needs some C.P.R- go see Jacob and the team there in Strongsville!!! Thank you Jacob! Great job!!!

These guys rock! My phone was run over and they were able to fix the phone within 45 minutes and nice as they can be.....I would recommend going here before you go to your insurance...they will take care of you!!! Awesome Company!!!!
