Twice in one month I had to drop into this store and get my phone problems addressed. What an amazing group of employees that are at the strongsville ohio store. They took care of my issues both times and offered me options on how to take care of my phone. Highly recommended!!!

My daughter's phone screen cracked at 6:30 on Friday night. She was leaving for camp the next morning for 6 days and needed her phone. I called CPR and got a quote and was told to bring it in right away as they closed in a half an hour. My husband got there at 6:45 and they happily replaced the screen. Great service and no hidden fees! BTW, I highly recommend checking with your home insurance carrier to see if your phones are covered. Ours are, and the deductible is only $50! My cell phone speaker phone was broken, so I went to CPR. They immediately ordered the part I needed and it arrived in a few days. Unfortunately, my phone was beyond repair :( but they didn't charge me for the work that was done. They also gave me great advice regarding the latest cell phones and how expensive they are to fix. I appreciate the advice! I'll always start here when my phone breaks, no thank you Sprint, lol!

This location has been fantastic to me. I had a battery replaced a year ago and then my Lightning port needed to be swapped out over the weekend. I tried to get it fixed while on the road at their Erie, PA location to no avail. I received great service, was listened to and worked with to diagnose the actual problem and charged a reasonable fee. I'm quite pleased.
