I needed a new screen for my phone so I stopped by. I talked to a nice guy and he immediately showed me what they all had. He seemed like he knew what he was talking about and rang out a new screen only for $10. Would recommend this to anyone! ☺️
So rude wouldn't buy a phone off of me bc a place that fixes phones didn't want to fix one crack and the manager never came out from the back
I really like this place. Igor has great customer service and they charge Half the price of the Apple Store to replace a cracked screen. Job with quoted 90 minutes to complete and they were done approximately 60 minutes. I definitely recommend them.
very good service at the Strongsville location. I had an issue with the Mentor store that closed. They put on an InvisibleSheild incorrectly that kept falling off so I had to Strongsville to get corrected. Unfortunately I had a two hour trip to get repaired.
I needed a new glass protector. We went to the store at 6:30, right before they closed. The young man was very courteous even though it was late in the evening. I will return there to purchase my next phone. Thank yoy
