ABSOULTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, and would NEVER recommend anyone I know to go to this store. They kept my PS4 for a full 2 weeks and after I called the 2nd time, they informed me it could not be fixed and they was keeping $60.00 of my money. I drove to Johnson City to basically just hand them a free $60.00

This was the first phone I have ever broken in 20 years. Since the experience getting it repaired went so smoothly, I don't have a fear of those accidents happening. -not that I want to experience a broken phone again. Price was reasonable too.
My wife had a problem with her iPhone 6 that seemed to be battery related. Your technicians put a different battery in the phone and eliminate that as the issue. All of the folks we contacted were very open and clear on what would be done and what the cost would be
They've taken way too long to get my screen fixed. They said 5-7 days a week ago now. When I called to ask how much longer, they told me it was my fault for not choosing their expedited 2 day delivery for an extra $30. I would have had no problem doing that since my business requires constant telephone communication, but when I dropped the phone off, they never told me this was an option. Very disappointed customer here.
Wonderful service. Joselin is knowledgeable, honest and super-nice. My ipad was not responding at touch, I could not even turn it off (the easy escape when we don't know what to do :-) ) . She managed to do a quick reset and did not even charge me. If I ever have a problem again with ipads or phones, this is the place I will surely go and I highly recommend it.

Cracked the screen and case on my iPhone 8. Was given several name that could repair it. They exceeded my expectation on time to repair my phone. Their price was very reasonable I even bought a new case to protect my phone. I highly recommend these guys. Thank you.
We had an iPad fixed and there were some technical difficulties after the replacement. We had experienced some issues with service during this time, so we contacted the store manager and he was very pleasant and did everything he could to ensure we had a good experience. You should judge a store by its management and I am very pleased to say I felt respected, understood, and the iPad was taken care of. Definitely recommend this store & it's store manager for any future tech issues.
