The manager Brennan is rude & condescending. He also failed to complete work by the time he promised. I reached out via email to the franchisee/owner about my negative & was told Brennan is an asset to the business. There was no sincere apology or any indication my complaint was being taken seriously, instead just excuses. I will not use this business again as long as they promote & protect people like Brennan.
