The repairs were quick, on time and well done. The gentleman at the front desk was funny and carried great conversation while working.
The initial estimate and time I was given was incorrect, but all in all, it was a very satisfactory experience. My phone screen was fixed and works perfectly, the price was fair, and though it wasn't "an hour" (because a part had to be ordered), it was only a few days.

The staff at CPR is really knowledgeable and works efficiently. They cleaned my charging port and replaced the battery in my phone in less than 30 minutes. Although the price was more than the Apple Store, Apple also has a wait list and you're not even guaranteed a battery when their shipment comes in. Well worth it in my opinion.
I took my iPad in the morning for a seriously cracked screen, I had it back before supper. It cost a little more but the service was good.
I took a phone there asking them to replace the charger port, he took the phone in the back, came back out in about three minutes and it worked perfect! Hey said it was full of lint. He didn’t charge me a dime. He could have said he replaced it and I would have never known! There’s a lot to be said for honesty! I would highly recommend them!

Wonderful customer service!! Already had a broke screen, and dropped it playing a game so it messed up the liquid in the LCD inside my phone & made it glitch. Took it to the store & fixed the glitching and repaired the broke screen. My phone looks good as new. My service was provided by Matthew, & I recommend going to him.
I bought the replacement screen for my iphone 6plus not even a month ago and also bought the outer screen protector as well for "additional protection" I ended up spending a huge chunk of money to fix my screen. I literally bumped it against my night stand in my bedroom laying it down one afternoon and it cracked the original bottom screen all the way across. Tell me how this happens????
