Horrible customer service! We went into the store due to a problem with our phone. (He was an older guy. )As soon as we said we have a problem he cut us off and said well I don’t know what it could be. I just don’t know. He didn’t even us a chance to explain what was happening with the phone. If you can’t be kind and respectful don’t work in customer service. RecommendedJoselin and the gentlemen at CPR know their business. Referred to CPR by a cellular company store which said they could do work for less cost than the big phone companies charge. The work (iPhone battery swap) was done at the time promised and they called to remind me.
