It was great they fixed my daughter phone in a timely fashion.
They use an AI chatbot to answer phone. Transfer to a human fails every time. Have left messages. No call back. AI is NOT a replacement for humans. It cannot answer questions or understand all voices. Using AI to answer phones is discrimination towards non English as first language speakers, the elderly, hard of Hearing, and many other disabilities. Hard 0 for any business that does this.
