Worst place ever!!! Had not been happy with this place roaches sugar ants too much noises can hear next door ppl and upstairs ppl girls working at the front desk sucks they are so stupid can’t seem to get my stuff straight every time I have to come in to straighten it out and now I moved out they won’t give me back my deposit saying it’s for cleaning which i cleaned before I left but they charge you anyway so whoever live there and planning on moving out FYI don’t clean because it’s useless they’ll end up taking your deposit... read more
Love my new place. Its quit ( except for heavy walkers above me), and everyone is very nice.
I have been here a few months but I really like these apartments. Very clean and modern, close to everything I need.
Worst place ever!!!! Rent has gone up and up considerably and now 2 weeks before lease is up they told me if I don’t have renters insurance it’s going up another $15 per month. They think this old property is luxury! Hahaha
The management team is nice the maintenance team is awesome. I like my apartment but they need to do something with my backyard
I have been here for almost 3 years. I love it. My only wish is that they would put in speed bumps. Love being able to fish any time I want!!
CP has been my home for almost eight years. I feel like this is home to me. I am safe and no one bothers me. It's a beautiful area to live. I had had issues over the years and not all have gone smoothly. But if you are willing to work with the staff at CP they in turn will work with you. Recently my father passed away and I missed quite a lot of work and wasn't able to pay my rent on time. Talked with the staff and they were gracious enough to work with me. This was the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Our AC didn't work the entire year we lived there. They wouldn't replace the unit and the management would avoid us at all costs, and they were super rude. We just wanted comfortable living conditions. This place is and was a sh*t hole.
MOLD, MOLD, MOLD and a broken A/C. At one point the maintenance man even came in when we were sleeping in the middle of the night, WITHOUT notice! We didn't have a deadbolt on our door because they wouldn't put one on. Eventually they did but to late! This place is hell hole with fresh paint.
