This was my first apartment experience and it was definitely not the best. I have lived here for 8 months and when it was time to renew my lease for a couple of months extra they raised my rent for no reason an extra $300 because i didn’t wanna stay here for another year. I am now paying over $1,000 for a 1 bedroom apartment and in my opinion this apartment is not worth that much! Everything is so cheaply built and everything constantly stops working in my apartment. I am sorry that you feel this way and we would love to talk with you. $300.00 i a big increase and we have not raised anyone that high. There are different prices for lease terms and month to month charges, but we always go over all of those when we are asked. I am sorry about the AC but if for any reason there are parts that are needed and they are going to take longer than expect, like with AC, we have portable units that we place in the home and my staff is great about keeping residents informed on what is going on. I definitely recommend living here. While at first it doesn't seem like anything special, it won't take long for it to feel like home. No apartment complex is perfect nor does CP claim to be but the units are clean and spacious and maintenance workers are welcoming and respectful and gets work done right. Jose has definitely improved our experience and gone out of his way to make sure we are living comfortable, would definitely love seeing him become manager.
Jose’s just the best. He’s kind and understanding and made my living here a wonderful experience. 5/5. He definitely needs a raise. Also a very clean and nice apartment complex
The apartments are beautiful and they are very spacious. Very clean gated apartment complex. Maintenance is always quick to fixing repairs. Jose is also a huge part of why I love living here. He makes anything I have issues with so much easier for me and I would love to see him as the manager of our apartments
