Jose has made my move to Texas so smooth. I cannot thank Him enough for his time in helping me call CP Waterfront home. The layout of my apartment is absolutely perfect, and I could not ask for better. My dogs and I are tremendously happy here. We love the community and there’s so many wonderful people who live here. Jose’s customer service went above and beyond my exceptions, and anytime I go to the office he always has a welcoming smile on his face. I would recommend CP Waterfront to anyone looking to move!
I love my new apartment here at CP Waterfront! Jose gave me a tour of the apartment and sold me instantly. Tiffany is always helpful when I call the office if I need something. Also, the new manager Jayme is super sweet! I love my new home and the staff is awesome!!
I’ve been here for about 4 months now and I must say they are quick to fix any issues if there are any. I really enjoy it here and love the gym. Jose and Tiffany make you feel welcomed when you walk into the front office. Such a great atmosphere.
Just moved in, everyone was so nice and helpful throughout the whole process, i have lived in a lot of apartment complexes and have never experienced the customer service i received here, Jose and Tiffany were pleasurable and delightful.. so glad to be living here!
These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff such as Jose and Jayme are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.
I recently toured this property, and considered moving here. In the end, the only reason I didn’t choose it was because it’s a little too far from my job. Otherwise, I really liked the property. I spoke with the manager and she was very helpful and knowledgeable of the property. I also worked with Jose and he was helpful as well. This apartment complex has been wonderful, I was transferred to this area for work and they were very accommodating, very knowledgeable and helpful, all of the management staff was great, Jose was really nice and made the process very easy, thanks again!
Came in a few days to tour the property and I was helped by Jose Garcia. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. José gave me tour of the Property and he was awesome. After the tour we came back to the office and the property manager Doree introduced herself. She was very sweet and offered me water. All the places I went and toured and I didn’t receive customer service like that. I noticed they were managed by Greystar so that makes sense! They were awesome!
