RecommendedCP waterfront has been our 2nd home for the past 2 1/2 years. We were only going to stay here 6 months but we love it so much we haven’t been able to leave it. I love taking strolls with my grandson by the waterfront and fishing during the summer. Not to mention the middle school and high school are walking distance. I have lived at CP Waterfront for two and a half years now. Our downstairs neighbor recently moved out, so without any sort of notice they were either spraying paint or resurfacing down there. I came home to my entire apartment smelling like fumes. I have asthma so if I knew they were going to do that I would have stayed somewhere else. I had to go to the hospital and now have an almost $3000 hospital bill. I went to the office to talk to them about it and the manager's response was, "Did you open a window?". I would like to acknowledge Jose Garcia for his well mannered disposition. Every need that I had, he was prompt in his actions to helping me get into my apartment asap. I like the appearance of the apartment complex and the professionalism of the office staff. I would highly recommend living at CP Waterfront.
I came in to rent an apartment that I needed asap. I was greeted by Jose who was very helpful with my situation. He answered all my questions and concerns with the utmost consideration. The CP Waterfront Apartments are very nice and well kept. I appreciate all the help I received and now I have a beautiful apartment with amazing staff. I love it here. I went to tour CP Waterfront earlier today and I was greeted by Jose. Jose was a joy and he gave me a tour of the property he was very knowledgeable about the property and polices. Unfortunately, there wasn’t a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment I was looking for but he did give me recommendations on where I should go. Thank you CP Staff.
The staff are all so friendly and accommodating! My apartment is so awesome, painted in the last east color scheme generous square feet, and the surroundings are beautiful!
Jose, the leasing agent, was more than helpful when I visited the property. He was kind, professional, patient and his outgoing personality made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I recommend if you visit CP, work with Jose Garcia.
