Love the phone app and the ability to deposit checks with it.
CP Federal Clinton Branch needs to make huge changes in regards to their customer service. The Clinton branch is by far the worse! To think its member owned ha what a joke. I live in Jackson and gladly drive to the Mason branch. There they are always attentive, respectful and willing to help. If only CP would implement that throughout their organization!
Been a member for years!! Especially enjoy the manager and staff at the Mason branch -- they're always welcoming, engaging and nice. The Jackson branches need to do what they're doing in Mason!!
Their customer service department is a joke and unwilling to help the customer!
