CP Federal Credit Union has the worst customer service than I’ve ever seen with a local company! My dad changed insurance company’s on his mortgage with cp and CP has not released the payment! We have been here 3 times and they would rather argue than just submit the payment! He has the money in his account. The supervisor had his arms crossed and was pacing behind my dad, raising his voice, and threatening him! I decided to leave and he was hollering at me down the hallway instead of assisting my dad

Cp takes matters into their own hands and removes money from a Business account to make payment for a personal loan...i know for a fact they can’t do that

So today was the first time in my 23 years I had to make a call and the person on the other end ACTUALLY HELPED AND MADE THINGS EASIER! Shoutout to CP Federal and the nice woman Donna L from the Clinton branch who helped!
Go somewhere else. CP has caused nothing but headaches for us the last couple of years. Everytime we go out of town, we have to either call the branch, or deal with their fraud line (after-hours) if we use our card somewhere other than Jackson. They also don't tell you that certain stores are on a "do not accept" list of stores that they won't authorize transactions for purchases. Online banking is out dated and the app is not functional. I have to create three separate accounts to receive electronic statements. I can’t transfer on the app from business to personal. I just wasted three weeks changing banks. I regret changing now.
Rate this cr unions financial handling.. Less than poor. Not once but twice experienced the same issues..they sit on ur paper work and do not follow up with clients. .i will be doing my own from now on..after 25 years..i am done with this incompitant work..
