I'm beyond disappointed. I have been a member for 23 years. My parents got me an account before I was ever born. They banked with me as a child when I was child. Helped me through College. Loaned me money for my first car I bought on my own. But, I HATE this new system update. It should not be this difficult to do a member to member transaction. has anyone else noticed no matter when you call, their always experiencing higher than usual calls and it take for ever i filled thus out while on wait 11 minutes so far...i only get half hour break..
