my debit card is repeatedly not working yet they insist there is no problem with it. my online account isn't working not is my mobile app which I've reinstalled a few times. I can't find am option on the front tree for checking my balance and was told aubergine would call in three days to tell me what it is. I am always treated poorly by staff on phones and in person. the staff at the branches here in Jackson insist there is no 1800 number for CP and I'm not sure that's entirely true. I LOVE CP Federal credit union. Every time I go into the local branch, the tellers know who I am. That is service. I also recommend their loan department. I’ve gotten a lot of Auto loans through CP over the years. It’s hard to beat their interest rates.
Just about every single time I come to do my banking here (because I don't have any other choice), I'm treated extremely rudely - especially by the tellers in the drive thru. It's astounding how rude they can be and get away with it.
i love the staff at the Brooklyn Branch. Everyone that works there is always so friendly. if your in Brooklyn stop by and see the staff. also I can't wait for the new branch to open.
The lady at the front desk was anything but helpful today when I went in. Maybe they should put her at the drive-through so she doesn't have to interact face-to-face with humans. This was the Jackson branch on Parnell Street. I will go out of my way to mason to avoid having to interact with her again.

Being a consumer for over 12 years, I would highly recommend CP Federal Credit Union. I have always had the best of customer service, even during busy times. Working most recently with Rita, on an auto loan, was the fasted turn around I have ever experienced. She made herself readily available for all the questions I had, and was very knowledgeable regarding my options for financing. Even willing to match rates! Phenomenal service!
