Very thankful for the fast response when my card was compromised! Immediately Alex called me from the main branch and instructed me what to do, and notified me my card was shut off. Cody at the Brooklyn branch was great at assisting me with disputing the charges and getting me a new card. Can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and their customer service!
Not really giving 5 stars to CP, as the system switch over has caused too many problems for myself and others, but I absolutely have to give 5 stars to Susan in the loan department. She is amazing and will do all she can to work with you! I could not say enough good things about her 🙂
