Don't waste your time Terrible customer service. Scott is rude and short with people. Not interested in taking care of the customer. If there is ever an issue on the weekend, you can forget about it.
Cozy Cove is a great agency w/great people! Great to work with - they know what's going on in the communities: Who, what, when, where. They'll work hard for you. Honest, fun, hardworking people!
great real estate agents Cozy Cove has some great agents. They are always there to work with you no matter if you are buying or selling. They are very friendlly and professional. I like that they know you personally when you call. They have 2 offices now. The original is located right next to the Marina on Hwy 325. The other office is off 515 in Morganton.
Horrible Service We have dealt with Cozy Cove for a few years and unfortunately it has not been a positive experience. They work banker's hours and are not available after hours if you have ever have an issue with your cabin. They do things at their leisure and any complaints is seen as the customer being difficult, not that they aren't getting things taken care of.
