How about informing customers about how much services (like 1k / re-tunes) will cost? How does that cost me over $1000?!?! Thats like a down payment on another motorcycle! If somebody told me it would cost that much, I never would have had it done. Of course, that's exactly why you didn't tell me, I'm sure.
