Service department is a complete joke. Called parts to get some stuff to fix my 2017 Street Glide special. Dalton was great even gave me some info that it was a common problem and that the oil pump was on its 4th revision because of design and there was a bulletin that would cover bikes outside warranty beacuse of the known issue. He then transfered me back to service to schedule am appointment to get it taken care of. I spoke with Tony and gave him the details on my bike as I did with Dalton. I live 4 hours away from Coziahr. We have a Harley shop in our town and they could really use a lesson from Coziahr. I was definitely pleased with my salesman, Travis Orr. He is truly a professional and worked hard to help me get what I want. I was what you call a newbie to the Harley world. Had no idea about their bikes and never gave it much thought. I’ve had nothing but fantastic experiences with the staff! Great service, very knowledgeable, very helpful and just generally friendly people!
As always a very pleasant experience...too bad I didn’t get to see my buddy Travis but oh well...I’m sure we will be back..!!
