Service department is a complete joke. Called parts to get some stuff to fix my 2017 Street Glide special. Dalton was great even gave me some info that it was a common problem and that the oil pump was on its 4th revision because of design and there was a bulletin that would cover bikes outside warranty beacuse of the known issue. He then transfered me back to service to schedule am appointment to get it taken care of. I spoke with Tony and gave him the details on my bike as I did with Dalton. RecommendedI live 4 hours away from Coziahr. We have a Harley shop in our town and they could really use a lesson from Coziahr. I was definitely pleased with my salesman, Travis Orr.
