Ok it’s Sunday, we are on the Harley, lose a bolt on the engine cage that also holds the road pegs. The vibration was extremely loud, sounded like the engine was going, Pulled into Coziahr’s they needed to order the bolt, $42.00. What do they do but go in the service area, find a bolt, lock tight, install the bolt and check the other bolts. And didn’t charge me. I thanked everyone twice and bought the service guy lunch as a thank you. That is service on a Sunday. Thank you so much Coziahr’s

I want to say I had a great experience!!!!! Mr Greg was awesome to deal with for our extensive texted back and forth to service getting my new bike ready for me as quick as they did.
