Always a great experience. Had ordered parts for my new 22 low rider st so the wife could ride with. Parts have been hard as anyone knows. They have been great at getting them. Somehow we ended up with the wrong backrest pad. Called talked with Eric and he apologized and said bring it by and then double checked they had the one we truly wanted. Not only did the staff here go above and beyond what they needed to do but genuinely care about their customers and the service they receive. This is my 2nd purchase from them and I couldn't be happier! I am extremely blessed to be able to have a dealership like this in my home town.
