I can’t thank Brian enough for helping us through a scary situation. My son was in an accident with a flatbed truck that missed his turn. The driver was trying to back up illegally onto a side road and was completely out of sight on the other side of a really dangerous curve. Gave them my info. Signed the paperwork. A worker emailed me to contact my caseworker. I called her to let her know I’ve been trying. She said ok. The following emails and phone calls all remained unanswered and unreturned. Even when things were happening on my case I never heard from them and my case was denied and still haven’t heard from them. I will definitely be seeking a new attorney.
