Do not use this appraisal service! He is very unprofessional! He didn’t show up to our scheduled time and didn’t bother to tell me or my realtor and when we rescheduled, he came late. He only spent a max of 15 minutes looking at our house and then he low balled us on the appraisal and told our buyers that WE were holding him up to cover his tail. I hate leaving bad reviews but this company deserves it.
