The drip coffee is excellent and roasted in house.
I travel for work a lot and always seek out independent coffee places. I'm from seattle and have been exposed to more than my share of everything from Starbucks to gourmet boutique coffee houses. Cowboy Joe was a great find! One of the better Americanos I've had in a while. Those of you who have the privilege of visiting regularly need to appreciate what you have and support this place! Friendly baristas who make you feel appreciated as a customer is always a plus.
I was dreaming of a coffee but was disappointed to find the shop closed during posted business hours.
