Simply went in for a New tire for a trip, premature tire change but better safe than sorry! Dean found broken fairing brackets, broken exhaust hanger, assured me my brakes were good for another trip. Feel real good about being ready. This is why I consider this place MY SHOP!
Would not honor military discount clearly posted on the Kawasaki website. Was told it's the best price they could do. Bike was cheaper in MO plus honored military discount.
Michelle and Dean took really good care of me when I was in town from Louisiana. If you have an issue with your scoot, go see Dean. He won't bullshit you and gets shit done in a timely fashion. Michelle hooked me up with a badass rain suit and gave a shit enough to make sure I made it home safe. Great people at City Cycle Sales. Thank you.
Great staff always awesome to go and talk to. They done 80% of the work on my bike and never had any issues. Also super fast when you have an appointment.
I had a Kawasaki ATV that was running VERY bad. Took it in after talking to Allison and Dean. Had the mechanic work on. He did very good on it, called me with the problems and talked to me about what was necessary to get it great again. Excellent job Joel. Thank you for things to do and buy to keep it running at its top performance. That's service. Thanks again Joel.
