RecommendedHave a 2019 Roadglide that started acting funny, on the way from Indiana to Denver, CO. Called them, Said to bring right in, advised tech that there was a "traveler" who needed to have a bike checked. Was on it within minutes. Idle issue did not present itself, of course, no codes/etc. Best I could hope for relating to service and check. Cannot discuss what might have transpired if repair needed, but they certainly were helpful in troubleshooting. Thanks

We have brought our 2016 Harley here multiple times since purchased in 2017 brand new off the floor, Every time we have been here we have had problem after problem occur. We bought it and it can’t hold a charge in the battery, we had passenger foot pegs put on and then our heat shields were not put back on properly. Now we had that fixed pick it up from the shop load it directly onto the truck drive home for leave and it’s leaking oil so now we’re 10.5 hours away and having to drive to another store to have it fixed.
