I take a 2018 bike with 300 miles on it in for warranty. They have the parts on hand but tell me to wait from Monday to Friday. I would get my bike back sometime Friday afternoon. Called Friday morning to get an update. Mechanic tells me he'll start Friday afternoon and wont be done Friday. What a joke! I'll never go back for them to work on my bikes again, I'll drive to another dealer.

Had many motorcycles but bought my first Harley through them. Easy people to get along with. Didn’t get annoyed with the thousands of questions I had also unlike most dealerships I’ve been to didn’t feel forced into trying to by something. Definitely would recommend to buy a bike here.

We were riding to Colorado from Illinois when the sky opened up a fierce rain storm early morning n them or I gotta coming out of Manhattan Kansas. One of our bikes died or stalled on the road as it may ha e suffocated from the saturated weather sock on his cone intake to his H-D Breakout.
