The establishment is clean and the staff is friendly but the time in which to receive refunds are unacceptable. I’m having second thoughts in using them again. I’ve addressed the same problem for over 90 days and they still have not corrected it. All they’ve done is apologize and tell me the same thing, “they will process the check and send it to me. The max it should take is 30 days” Ive waited patiently each time. My children received their treatments in the fall. Not pleased at all!
First off I hate going to the dentist. Always traumatic for me. Most dental work results in sedation because I get anxious and nervous. This is the only place where I've come that I feel comfortable and for the most part relaxed. Any kind of dental work they have done on myself and my family has been wonderful. Love the staff! Never have had any issues from the time I walk in till the time I walk out. Always getting you in and out in a timely manner. They always make sure you are comfortable with everything they do.
Omg the staff was AWESOME! From check in to check out they were GREAT! Im completely new in the city so i was a tad bit nervous. With their SUPERB customer service & southern hospitality everything went well. I have no complaints! Thanks Ms Dominique & Ms Melody u were phenomenal!! Thanks
Love the staff and office! Been going here for over a year. Sandy is my fav! Love her! Dr Skeeter is wonderful as well! I've moved about 40 mins away and still travel to Covington bc I don't want to leave Sandy! I do sometimes visit their other offices if needed and I haven't had anything negative to say overall.
I had a wonderful experience there and I'm scared of dentist but the staff made me feel welcome. The customer service was great.
Clean everywhere, awesome people who care about you, explain everything to ease all the worries and questions, very professional all around. I've had three root canals, four crowns, scaling and cleaning, plus a whitening process! Going back for a couple cavaties to be fixed soon! I hadn't been to a dentist in many years because of fear, but I will never let that happen again because of these folks! The ambiance of the facility was excellent. Even though I was a new patient, the wait wasn't long at all. The staff was extremely nice and friendly and made me feel welcome. They even offered ways to receive discounts; that's a plus. Dr. Skeeter was very informative and detailed. I truly recommend this Dentist to everyone.
