Terrible service. The doctors will schedule you to have something done and when you come in they will find any reason to not do it just so they can charge your insurance more and get you for another office visit. It took 3 visits to get 1 cavity filled. They changed the date of my cleaning 3 times and charged me for an office visit every time. And once my bill was paid I changed doctors and they magically came up with another $300 bill that they can not explain to me what it is for and once I said I wasn’t paying it until th... read more
I arrived at 9:30 am, only to find out my appoint was not till 2:00 pm ( senior moment)...they told me not to worry and fit me right in. The facility was super clean and comfortable. And the staff was exceptional and super friendly . I would highly recommend them.
I have nothing but good things to say about this Dentist office! Even my 7 year old loves them. They are always super polite and thorough. The ladies behind the desk are pretty knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. You can tell they all love their jobs. They even have a Smile Care program that you can purchase where you get up to 50 percent off. A one year membership fee for this savings plan is $95 for the 1st person and $35 for each additional family member added.
