Placed order 6 weeks and never received item yet Coverstore refuses to refund money or cancel item until I send item back....REALLY. Terrible customer care. They never tracked order or returned phone calls.

Unfortunately, we have no control over carrier or delays. The order was shipped out on 10/9/20. The customer requested the order be cancelled while it is still in transit, which was not possible. We did indicate to the customer today on 11/17/20, prior to this review, that we would refund the order as a courtesy but to expect delivery of the package eventually. In reviewing her account, all emails and calls were responded to.
LEAKED! The grill cover looked good and fit well but leaked and they didn't seem to really give a ****. We had to pay return shipping.

I hadn't heard of The Cover Store previously and used the BBB website to select them based on their ratings. I was not disappointed. The product is much better quality than I expected, especially for the price, and the delivery was even a little early in spite of COVID-19. I am very impressed with them and recommend them. We'll use them again for sure.
