Had to have a custom cover made for my grilling cart. The one that came with deteriorated quickly. Had The cover store make me one from the same material that the cover of my BGE is made from. (also their product) First, I ordered from the ** as I have purchased other covers from them and they were well made. Second I had never ordered a custom cover before and was somewhat concerned. I followed their instructions and the cover arrived sooner than estimated and fit perfectly.
Ordered a custom cover June 2 and never received it. Company will not send me a new one as it says the shipper sending it back to the Coverstore and will then send it ba k to me, but that was 6 weeks ago. Refuse to send me a new one and will not credit me!
The pergola has been up for about 3 weeks & through 3-4 bad Iowa rain storms! It has done very well! I'm so pleased with it & the amount of shade it provides is AMAZING! Thank you for producing a great product! ***** *******

If you need a cover within a few months, don't order from this place. Unfortunately, when I originally was going to order from them I called to ask about their process, shipping, manufacturing location, etc. I was informed that everything was done in the ** and that their covers are shipped within two weeks of order confirmation. Boy, was that a lie. I placed an order for two covers on June 8th, received email confirmation on the 9th, shipping confirmation on June 18th, but have heard nothing since then. Do not back up their guarantee - it is a guarantee of only words. I got a grill cover with 7 year guarantee. Tore within two weeks. They claim it wasn't poor workmanship or defective. I could return but they would still keep $10 of my refund apparently for postage to send back. Defective product and worthless guarantee they don't stand behind. "Welcome to return" means lose $$ and no cover.
While I did love the customized cover for my outdoor table I regret buying from you as your product is made in *****. Surely you can locate an American owned business to do your custom work as well as all your other products. I will not buy from you again

Don't do it! Their "custom covers" are measured in an odd way. They description on the website is not clear and therefore they do not come out right. I measured strictly the way they said, but there is an interpretation on how you measure a curved piece. Since they ask for a depth too, I figured it was fine and it was confirmed by them. DO NOT BUY!! Water resistant my A**!! First rain, all my cushions are soaked. DO NOT BUY from here if you think you will keep your cushions dry at all. They say to put something underneath the cover so water does not pool and runs off, well I call "Bullsh**" as my covers on the chairs do not have any sagging areas so water should have run off. My guess is water just runs through the seams and materials. This product is waste of money and of course I ordered custom sizes so no chance of getting a refund. Sure it will protect ... read more
