Coverstore has deceptive advertisement and warranty. I bought an elite cover for our fire table and chairs. It's advertised that it won't rip and that it has a 3 year-warranty. Both of these things were incredibly important to me. Within 9 months, we got a sizeable tear in the side mesh due to some rain that had collected on top and froze during the night. I think the product I purchased for my patio furniture is fine. The main reason I decided to purchase from cover store is that they imply that the product is made in ********** When the covers arrived they had the made in ***** stickers on them. False advertising at its finest this company deserves to be disqualified and charged with theft. The custom order I received was not to the specified dimensions and no one was willing to assist or answer my call. Waited on hold for 1 hour and 58 minutes. Worst car cover that I've bought in over 40 years of owning classic cars. I just opened the box to cover my **** **** Fairlane GT 427 show car, and first thing that I noticed was the stiff, rough texture of the cover material. Do not buy from coverstore if you want your outdoor chair cushions to stay dry
For both "Standard" patio furniture covers and custom covers, this is the best company I've ever used. Their products are MUCH BETTER than those I've ordered and used from other online companies. They have great customer service and THEIR PRODUCTS QUALTIY IS FAR SUPERIOR than the "big box store" products and last at least 2 - 3 times longer in the Southern California sun! I will not buy covers from any other company again!
This company had my information on file except my order number. They would not honor the warranty since I did not have my order number but they confirmed my address and email in their system. Since I have retired from the agency that I provided my email from and don’t have the email confirmation with order number they declined my request for a replacement.
