I ordered a custom cover from this company BECAUSE it said it was located in Plano, TX. Now, I am waiting and waiting on my order because their custom orders come from CHINA! This is fraudulent advertising that is not detailed to customers when placing custom orders. TERRIBLE service.

Total rip-off! We measured accurately and according to their directions and the table cover we received wasn't even close to the right fit! They will not refund as they call it a "custom" order! They kept our $100 dollars, and we have no cover and no recourse. They did offer me %20 off a new order though! What??? Terrible company!

In reviewing the call that took place with the customer on 10/5. it was relayed they were not aware the item ordered was final sale. Although we believe the cover was made to the proper specs, we are happy to work with the customer to identify the root cause of the fitment issue.
If I could give negative stars I would. I purchased an HVAC cover through these clowns. I did all the accurate measurements...surprise, surprise it didn't fit. God help you if need to return anything with them. After they make you pay for the pre-paid shipping label, they also take the original shipping fee. Out of a a purchase of 33.66, I'm getting back 11.95. Wow. Customer service hahaha, what customer service. Total joke. I'll NEVER purchase anything from these clowns again, and will definitely make sure no I know does.

If our pre-paid return shipping label is selected, that amount plus associated taxes, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund total. The price for the pre-paid label will be shown during the return process and is a lower-cost alternative than paying the carrier to ship on your own. As a courtesy, our team has requested a refund of the Return Label Cost.
We had wanted for covers for our patio set and grill and found Coverstore. The site was pretty easy to use but needed help as I could not find certain sizes for some pieces. I saw they did custom covers but wanted to tell with someone. After calling in, the rep helped me understand what measurements I needed to move forward with that option. The single worst experience I have ever had with a company. It is not like me to want to take the time to say negative things about a company, but my wife and I were completely ripped off by the Cover Store and if we can save even one person the misery of paying for faulty products and then losing their money, we will feel slightly better. We paid for covers for outdoor furniture and I accurately measured as per their instructions. The covers came in and one did not fit at all and another kept blowing off. The customer had worked with a designer in their area who assisted in obtaining their measurements to order Custom Covers for multiple items. We were made aware that one of the items did not fit properly. Since the customer paid the designer directly and not Coverstore, these types of situations are typically handled by that party and we advised the customer to contact them directly. If I had known their products were manufactured in China sweat shops, I would NOT have ordered. They should have disclosed this information during the order process. When are American companies going to realize, we'd rather pay more to avoid "Made in China"!!!

We wish it was simple to just raise prices and make products stateside. Cost of labor is only one obstacle when it comes to making something domestically, and the cost of labor can be somewhat offset by taking advantage of the efficiencies that come with making things locally. I am extremely pleased with my entire experience from " cover store". Details, ordering, delivery, follow up...and oh yes, the product is extremely high quality and exactly as advertised. I recommend this company to anyone considering a PWC/Seadoo cover.
ONE STAR IS TOO MANY GOR THIS COMPANY. I WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO RATING IF AVAILABLE!! I ORDERED CUSTOM COVERS AFTER TRIPLE CHECKING THEIR INSTRUCTIONS FOR MEASURING OUR CHAISE LOUNGES . TO SAY THEY DO NOT FIT IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!. THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM BECAUSE THEY WERE "Custom Made!!" WHAT A JOKE!!!!!! DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THE COVER STORE!!
