started out strong. they called me right away but it was really just their initial customer service rep. she transferred me to a specialist. when the specialist couldn't answer my questions, said she would get me to a business agent. none were available, so she said one would call me back in an hour or so, as I indicated this was time sensative. that was over 24hrs ago- everyone was nice, but no one was knowledgeable. They quoted the best rate for my commercial auto policy. Even though Najan really had no idea what my business services were, he came through with the lowest price. However, after they took my down payment, service stopped there. The was a spelling error in my documents, and asked for it to be corrected. That's when "Bianca" stepped in and told me I would have to take up all future problems with progressive directly. I will not renew with coverhound...

Coverhound is what we've all been waiting for! It actually really helped me compare my insurance options, apples to apples. The other comparison sites I was trying to use showed me my options, but then I had to go to the site, enter all my info again, just to find out the plan would be more expensive than they originally said. With Coverhound, I just enter everything once, and I can actually just purchase it right then and there. This is definitely the future of shopping for insurance!!
