They have communication problem and based on my experience they are not concern with their clients. I paid my car insurance for 6 months in good faith, but I did not know it was cancelled earlier ....so be cautious with them...when you are in this problem they will advice you to rewrite the insurance so that you pay again (double pay)...so frustrating😰
