I have two issues and can’t get any response! 1. Leslie at centralized scheduling (south) disclosed some hurtful and damaging information to my doctor and told lies and destroyed a 30 year relationship with my doctor. She said I said something I did not say and her supervisor did nothing! The director won’t return calls either. 2. My disabled daughter keeps getting text and emails (daily) and no one will return (many) phone calls to explain what the bill is for. This is a scam medical institution. I went to the doctor once and paid $304 out of pocket for the first visit. They sent me another bill for $52. After 5 months, they sent me another bill for $625.

Went in for a simple test and was charged an amount prior to the visit. I asked 3 different people prior to the visit if this was the full amount that I would be billed and if there would be any additional cost. I was assured by all three that it was the total amount and that I would not be billed for any additional amount. 3 weeks later a received a bill for an additional $200.
