They state someone is available 24/7, and that simply means someone, somewhere, will pick up the phone and tell you they aren’t coming until the day nurse shows up — which means anytime in that 9-5 hour timeframe. I wanted to compliment the entire staff & experience we had with Covenant Homecare & Hospice. My wife, Rhonda, had a chronic illness that ultimately took her life. She required Hospice services for the last ~4wks of life & I could not be any more pleased with the outstanding care, compassion, & time these wonderful folks spent with her & myself. They explained step by step each phase that we were going thru & informed me of what to be watching for as we moved closer to end of life. It takes a special soul to do the kind of w... read more
