DO NOT GO IF YOU ARE SICK AND HAVE TENNCARE IT WILL BE A NIGHTMARE. Super sick , extremely weak. I went to a different urgent care and they said I needed to see one with xray machine or hospital and advised me go to covenant because they are closest with urgent care with xray. After being hung up on by Kimberly explaining i needed a physicians form and have already been seen id suggest training.
The urgent care treatment was fine, but they aren’t upfront with billing. The non-insurance plan says in small text that they may charge more without consent for you to pay out of pocket, but the lady at the front desk insisted twice that the 150$ would be the only payment made. This is an issue they have frequently, when calling to check about the charge they claimed my account had a zero balance and to ignore the text message saying I owed 170$ more for over a month.
