Been waiting in the ER for 6 hours. The female nurse at check in has been extremely rude and very snippy. Not wearing a name tag either. I was sent here with a note for an eval from another doctor and just barely had my labs drawn an hour ago. Super disappointed in the quality of patient care.
Get rid of Hospice/Palliative care! When patients refuse and sign no consent forms for Hospice or DNR, abide by their wishes and treat them for their illnesses. Don't just let them die!
RecommendedI had a total hip replacement and spent four days at the Joint Ranch. The staff could not have been better - from nurses, nurses aides (Rita!), physical therapists, occupational therapists to nutrition - everyone was professional and compassionate. Dr. Burke is a rockstar and did an excellent job! Thank you Joint Ranch!

this hospital literally give no cares...my girlfriend was told the wait was going to be 8 hours meanwhile she cannot breath and has a history of athsma...and was brought by ambulance what a sick place
The best experience I've had while in there. My whole pregnancy and delivery was well taken care of thanks to Dr. Henderson and the nurses at Covenant Women's and Children. Will definitely use them for everything.
They were very organized with my surgery. The staff and medical students were very professional and made me feel at ease. The staff is prompt with care.
My daughter was sent here from a Covenant Clinic for a concussion to get a CT Scan. Instead, the doctor does the same tests she’s already had done and REFUSES to give her the CT Scan. Then, they tell her she has to pay them $600 and she did not know they could not make her pay because they made it sound like pay or there would be serious consequences! Covenant's ER staff is terrible. Hey took awful care of my aunt. It took them 2 hours to get pain medicine and they refused to do an x-ray of her leg. She had blacked out and had fallen that is why she was there. Since they released her she fell out of bed because she couldn't walk. Turns out she has a broken tibia. More damage has been done since it wasn't caught in the ER. TAKE CARE OF YOUR PATIENTS! They are putting their trust in you to take care do them.
