Recommendedwhat a great staff this hospital has! my Mom was admitted to the ER last Sunday as she suffered a stroke and was later taken to the heart center. everyone we dealt with is really top notch proffessionals. Doctors, Nurses, Physical Therapists, just a super crew.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT ever go to Covenant!!!!! My apologies to the excellent people I know that work here, because this doesn’t pertain to you and you must be the only thing that is keeping that place running! My grandad was admitted by ambulance through the ER at 2:30 in the morning. I go to meet him there to help fill out paperwork. I have been in the waiting room for almost 10 hours, had to get rechecked in. Explained that i’m having seizures that i have never had until recently and that’s the reason i’m here, to get help. Let the nurse know that i feel a seizure coming on, go to sit back down and start seizing in the lobby and during it i had the front dest and nurse Amanda and Jessica yell at me, tell me i’m faking it and try to grab my arm and pull me up while i’m in the middle of seizing. and i’ve been sitting waiting for help from literally anyone... read more

ER service is ridiculous, we’ve been here since 1 and still waiting. When I asked how much longer they said 4 more patients are ahead of us... seriously it shouldn’t take this long to be seen..

When I got surgery down there. The Drs and nurses were wonderful. The aides attending me were very nice and quick to assist in anything I needed. It was sudden and unexpected, on a weekend. The emergency room care was quick and reassuring to help me also. I would and have encouraged others to recommend Covevnant med center

My mother had a stroke and was airlifted in this morning. The ER staff was PHENOMENAL, EXCELLENT the most caring, compassionate, professional team I have had the privilege of being in the presence of. Especially nurse named Brooklyn. She restored my faith in ER nurses. She is an exception nurse and human being. Others should strive to be half as impressive as this young lady is. I am a nurse myself and this young lady as well as several others restored my faith in hospitals. The world needs her grace and countenance.
7 hour wait a Man had his hand cut open and another Man bleeding from his leg. The lady at the front desk is rude Hispanic lady she is a receptionist. I worked here for 4 hours this is not the care they should be giving.

Yes I lost my dear dad! Unfortunately I trusted covenant hospital and I was assured they were taking good care of my dad! But, they failed, they neglected to do proper practice to make sure he is getting right treatment, they didn’t pay attention to his CT or any other lab results that was done, and they left him unattended without any proper monitoring, and he died of heart attack on heart floor, and they didn’t even know till they found him dead! They left a covid patient that should be in ICU in a regular room without any... read more
