I go here often, because I am a heart patient. I get blood.urine tests and other tested related to the heart... I had a heart attack in Oct 2014 and the ER doc and nurses saved my life by giving me something that I still don't know what it was today.. then they flew me into Lubbock. I also had another surgery here in April 2015..everyone was nice and professional. I feel comfortable going here and am glad it is close to my house.
You need to tell the mexican gay guy nurse with the glasses and beard ..to have better customer service..and care for people. ..and stop being rude ...because one day some one is going to be rude back and make his bitch ass cry like the little bitch he is.

I am very disappointed in the web site to pay bills on. There is not a phone number to call to get assistance with resetting passwords or user name issues. When I called the billing department they would not send me to an IT person without giving all my information - address, account numbers etc. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they still would not let me speak to a supervisor without getting the additional account information. Covenant Hospital is a joke. It's 11:45 at night and I've been here for almost 3 hours with severe pain related to a kidney stone. Apparently it's not life threatening enough to have excruciating pain, and flu patients deserve quicker admittance. Too bad the choices of hospitals in Lubbock are so poor. Horrific experience. Next time, I'm just calling 911 instead of being relegated to writhe in pain in a waiting room.
Worst hospital I've ever been to. Based on staff and atmosphere, completely horrible. Nurse at the front desk for the night shift was shit compared to the day staff. I know because I arrived at 4:00pm and left at 9:30pm and still was not seen. It felt more like I was in jail sitting in the holding tank and not in a facility that is supposed to administer care to people. And for people who "care" for others it didn't seem like any caring was going on just attitude. You guys suck!
My son received awesome health care from Covenant's NICU! He was transferred from Odessa and every single one of the staff did an amazing job!
My dad was a frequent visitor to Covenant and they took awesome care of him. They were there till the end this morning. Thank you so much!
