Our son was in NICU for 3 months and the doctors and nurses were fantastic!!!
Dr Lopez and staff were just awesome and kept me very well informed
The staff was wonderful! Our nurses were so kind and we were always informed of what was happening with our son and any update immediately. Yolanda and Anessa were the best nurses!!!! Thank you ladies :)
Dr. Chekuru and his staff are all AWESOME! Eveyone has done such a great job helping me with my lung issue.
My daughter had a her baby there Monday and all I can say is WOW- the staff were amazing. We could not have been happier or treated any better anywhere else. The amazing thing about a small hospital is you know all your nurses and they know you. Everyone was so caring and attentive. And I have to add the nurse from post partum, her name was Valerie she was an LVN not sure of her last name, was amazing. Valerie helped make our stay amazing and completely stress free. At the beginning it was a bad experience and then i was moved up to the 9th floor when i meet one of the best nurse Stephanie, she was always there when i needed something, she's friendly and alway made me comfortable. Thanks Stephanie for the great experience i had
Everyone, most of the nurses, respiratory therapists, physical therapists, musical therapists, etc were amazing. We had some really good doctors- pediatric surgeon, palliative care- even a couple of the PICU docs were good. But the head staff, especially as we got to administration was a nightmare. If I had a patient with an emergency or my baby had another one, I would send them anywhere else before Lubbock Covenant. And I have been practicing medicine for twelve years. Employees REALLY REALLY NEED to develop bedside manners..And not to provoke a mentally disabled patient asking for physical and mental help. And LOWER waiting time to be SEEN.
