We had a very good experience at covenant. My husband was having a port put in and had another test. It was a long stressful day..he was in a lot of pain but everyone was so kind and understanding. Have been there a few more times in the past and are always treated well
Er staff was great! From the front all the way until we got admitted! I'm very Thankful to God for everyone's fast response. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS! YOUR VERY MUCH APPRECIATED BY MANY!
The ER staff was great! Nurses and doctor were friendly and attentive to my needs. Were quick to respond when I had a reaction to medication. The admitting physician, Taraftar, was something less than acceptable!! He was rude, tried to explain why he needed to make changes to my medications. He had never even seen me prior to this, requested my cardiologist be called and he never called... it has taken me three weeks to get my blood pressure somewhat controlled until my cardiologist can see me! Yes I was there to see the doctor. I didn't have any problems. My doctor is so very good to me and explains everything to me. I don't mind going back. Even the ladies there are very nice and prompt.
Clean , Quiet , courteous friendly, good food very nice hospital all the staff is Informative And helpful
Worst experience ever , triage people rude , place was freezing, was there 16 hrs total. Didn't use to be tht way!!!! UMC next time
My 90 yr old neighbor was sent home at 2 am after being told he was being admitted overnight. His wife had no way to get him so the nurses sent him home by some transport service in a T-shirt and adult diaper only! Plus the transport service charged them $85. Patient safety or satisfaction are obviously a priority.
I was taken care of very well....the Dr's are very good....can't speak for the ER.....I do say Dr's at appt are very great....The ER I feel like they do not care if one dies or not.....took my Daughter in the ER last night...we had to wait 3 hrs to be seen.....I have a heart problem....they would not had even cared if I dropped dead or not
