when i moved here the Cove had a big banner advertising half off of rent and I rented an apartment the same day and the office refused to give me half off of rent my lease and disclose that I had a small Chihuahua and it was on believe that I had my small pet during the time when I signed it then a few days later they charge me an additional $300
RecommendedI stopped in the Cove complex to speak with Manager. It was an unannounced visit. There were several maintenance personnel present and appeared to be working on various projects. The courtyard area was very nice. Upon entering the office I was greeted and treated professionally. Although the manager wasn’t in I was instructed that she would be returning and that I could return the following day to speak with her. I would rate the experience as top notch.
I moved here a month ago and I haven't seen any bugs I had a hole under the sink and they fixed it 2 days after I told them about it
Put it this way... even the owners don't want it. It changed owners shortly before I moved in and again 2 months after I moved in. Maintenance has been to fix my AC 2 times and it still doesn't work, and it is 80+degrees in my apartment. The office fucked up with my rent and tried to charge me another $200 and a $50 late fee FOR THEIR MISTAKE. I also have termites or something in my walls and they showed no hurry to get it taken care of.
Most horrible place to live in Tulsa they will not fix anything so I would drop recommend this apartment complex her any others
junk. 2 faced company and liars. Bunch of shelf focused people. All about money and not Customer satisfaction
