My review is way overdue. I've experienced all of the services that Couture offers. My favorites are the awesome shampoo in which your head is massaged in a comfortable, quiet room with mood lighting. The haircuts are always fantastic. I go to Jon Cernak. He listens to my concerns or what I would like and we discuss the best way to go about that. I trust Jon to a great job. I always feel good walking out of there. Came to the salon for the first time today and I was thoroughly impressed! The environment was fun, yet relaxing and professional. And the lather lounge-oh my!!! I could've fallen asleep right then & there. I will definitely be back!!

I absolutely love Cindie and the fact she's an eyebrow perfectionist, however I don't appreciate how everytime I walk in, I'm basically ignored or given attitude by the front desk girls. Today one of the girls was talking to a stylist while openly counting her tips. When I finally got their attention and told her why I was there, I was roughly told to sit down until Cindie was ready for me.
